Terms of Service
These terms are the public contract for Swoop Mapping. The contracting and billing entity is Boundless Design LLC. Swoop is the product name — Boundless Design LLC is the legal entity, not a second consumer brand on this site.
Acceptance
By opening the app, creating an account, starting a try, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Swoop.
The map app is app.swoopmap.com/?sku=rep. This marketing site (www.swoopmapping.com) does not host the map.
Who can use Swoop
Swoop is sold to individual field reps who buy their own map — not a company seat, not a team admin product, and not a manager dashboard. You must be 18 or older and able to form a contract. If you put employer or customer data into Swoop, you are responsible for having the right to put it there.
What Swoop is
Swoop Mapping is a self-serve territory map. You open your territory, pick an industry pack, load nearby stops, pin notes (including dictate), work Hunt / Warm / Later, and optionally import the sample book. Subscribe keeps the book, lets you load more of the territory, and includes Prep Me.
Swoop is not a CRM. It is not a shadow CRM. It is not a manager dashboard. It does not replace an employer system of record and it does not share one user’s book with another user.
Try, subscribe, and price
Swoop is sold to individual field reps as a $10 / month subscription, billed by Boundless Design LLC through Stripe. Sign-in is Clerk (account email or Google). Prefer Subscribe in the app so the same email is entitled.
Before you pay, you can try the product: map the territory, pick an industry pack, load nearby stops, work Hunt / Warm / Later, take notes or dictate, and import the sample book. A paid subscription keeps the book, lets you load more of your territory, and includes 25 Preps each month.
After the included 25 Preps, bring your own xAI key (BYOK) or buy about $4 per 100 Preps, as shown at purchase. Amounts on the purchase screen control if they differ from this page.
We may change prices or included Preps with notice in the product, by email, or on this site. Continued use after the change takes effect is acceptance of the new price. Taxes, if any, are extra where Stripe is required to collect them.
Acceptable use
Use Swoop for your own field work. Do not:
- Use the service for illegal activity, or to scrape, bulk-extract, or abuse map, Places, or AI endpoints beyond ordinary product use.
- Reverse engineer the app or site in order to harm the service, clone it as a competing scrape, or bypass billing.
- Put data into Swoop, Prep Me, or Ask Dux that you are forbidden to put in an unsanctioned tool — including employer CRM exports you are not allowed to leave the company system. That responsibility is yours.
- Share an account in a way that treats Swoop as a team CRM or a manager view of other reps’ books.
- Interfere with other users, probe the service for access that is not yours, or misrepresent who you are to Clerk or Stripe.
AI features
Prep Me is a driveway briefing you start. Ask Dux is a marketing-site chat in Dux’s voice. Both may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. They are assistive — not legal, financial, medical, or sales advice, and not a substitute for your judgment at the door.
Prep Me and Ask Dux are provided as-is. We do not warrant that a briefing names the right person or that a Dux reply is accurate. Read the Privacy Policy for what we send to xAI and what we strip from Ask Dux logs.
Marks and content
The geometric falcon is the Swoop mark. Dux is the named spokes-character — not the logo, not the favicon, and not a real salesperson. Site copy, layout, sample Preps, and the Dux character are owned by Boundless Design LLC (or licensed to it) and are not yours to reuse as a brand.
You keep ownership of the field data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host that data so the product can show your book to you, run a Prep you start, and export or delete it when you ask.
No warranties
Swoop is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the map, Places results, industry packs, Prep Me, Ask Dux, or uptime will be error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Map and stop data can be wrong. AI output can be wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Boundless Design LLC and the people who operate Swoop are not liable for lost sales, lost data, missed doors, inaccurate Preps, third-party map or model errors, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
If we are liable anyway, the total is limited to the amount you paid us for Swoop in the three months before the claim — or, if you have not paid, to zero. Some places do not allow these limits; they apply only as far as they can.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Boundless Design LLC against claims that come from your use of Swoop, data you put in the product (including data you were not allowed to put in an unsanctioned tool), or your breach of these terms.
Cancel and refunds
Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing Boundless Design LLC at matt.olson@boundlessdesign.us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the period already paid unless we say otherwise in the portal.
We generally do not give prorated refunds for unused days or unused Preps, unless a law that applies to you requires it. Chargebacks for a subscription you authorized may get the account closed.
Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or threatens the service or other users. You may stop using Swoop and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that should survive (including IP, warranty, liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product ships. The effective date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page and, when we can, noted in the product or by email. Continued use after the new date is acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel and stop using Swoop.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Boundless Design LLC operates Swoop Mapping from Wisconsin. Courts in Wisconsin are the venue for disputes that go to court, to the extent the law allows. This is a governing-law statement, not legal advice.
